Set Free from the Matrix

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I have a Samsung S3 on T-Mobile, and today I have zero mobile data connection. I'm just checking to see if other Heartlanders are on T-Mobile and if their data is still available?

I'm going mad without my internet fix!

Bad timing

I always ask for tech advice online from friends. As I can't access Facebook due to this problem, I've turned to the Heartland tech-team!

I'm back on now. Who knows what happened there? All that matters is that it's over.

Hmm, yes, I was given an old one by a family member, but it has mostly sat unloved, flat of battery at the bottom of bag. On the occasion I remember it and charge the battery I find it has the several of the daily "how's your day?" texts from Mrs B on it - that i answered when i called (from phone on desk) and asked what's for dinner... :)

i have two :D but one is emergency use when i'm out late alone, in case of battery loss/signal failure - it's on a different network.

 ... ok, there is sort of device round here as well, serving mostly as an, err ... alarm clock ... ;D ...

Very rarely, I take it with me when I definitely need to phone or receive calls while I'm underway ... but hell, how often? Thrice a year or so ... :von: ...

Are you saying you carry two mobile phones? At the same time?

I kinda agree with Emily, I have two (2) mobile phones. One is my work number and one is my own phone. My work phone is a cheap samsung plain old phone with text messages, but great battery life. My other is an iPhone :D :notworthy:

I always take my work phone for possible emergencies if I'm travelling or going up west (That London Village) purely because it has a great battery life.
