The mantra whenever anyone doesn't play Leeds.
Contains a Glaswegian term of endearment

Still not following...

Just not *too* late in the year...the damp weather plays havoc with my old knees...euphoria wrote:I know there are plans for another roadtrip later in the year, but no idea if that would include the UK. Looking at 2011, I wouldn't rule it out.

of course, this hasn't happened for nearly 30 years, but it's not too late to Play Leicester Ya Cuthberts...
edit: i am prepared to travel to see them play within reason, but abroad is impossible as i've currently not got a passport and scotland/ireland is a tad too far to go with childcare responsibilities. and i'm fucked if i'm going to pay for knebworth and then have to miss the bands playing on the mainstage at the the same time.

Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

Not through the band, anyway, but at some point they have to make themselves available to agents/promoters. And the band has indirectly confirmed there's possibly more to come this year,Purple Light wrote: How do you know!?

But as this info is very volatile and can change tomorrow, there's no point in being more specific. In the worst case there's not enough interest even if some say yes, and they have to cancel/postpone the plans.
looks that almost everyone missed that massage/clue.
If memory serves that went up before the July dates were on the site.Bartek wrote:looks that almost everyone missed that massage/clue.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
No, "The rest" refers to the July dates, as the previous post announced the May tour.mh wrote:If memory serves that went up before the July dates were on the site.Bartek wrote:looks that almost everyone missed that massage/clue.
And "so far" refers to that the cow needs to be milked once more

The gigs I had heard about (since months back) were apparantly cancelled just a few days ago, so you should probably go to one of the July gigs to be certain to see them this year
For me, this makes Zottegem almost a must. But I'm a bit stunned at the moment. I hope there is no connection with the strange tweets from Chris during the tour.

"Music is there to enrich your life and make you aware of things in a slightly different way."
Others in Europe...sorry, cannot be more specific, hope you understand why. But it's of course quite possible that only those *I* heard of were cancelled and not other dates that may have been planned.Joy wrote: What gigs did you hear about and how do you know, they were cancelled?
