Fantasy Football - World Cup Brazil 2014

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

however when i try and access "my leagues" it says i'm not in any. :?: :?

edi: i'm in now... and 14th of 17.

My highest scoring players were all on the losing side. Excellent.

PS: Shed-loads of popular players in action tonight so things can change very quickly. Unless you've picked none of them; in which case you really are shit.

Had no interest in the SWI v. ECU game after Shär went MIA. :(

FRA (Valbuena) v. HON (Martinez - as a punt)

ARG (Rojo, Di Maria, then Messi in for Martinez) v. BIH

That's the game plan at the moment.

* WARNING *

Straight subs (DF to DF, MD to MD, FW to FW) works fine. As does switching the Alice band.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE FORMATION. A few Nigel's have tried it, and... McFIFA automatically takes out the player on the right as you view Your Pitch.

Some people have lost Neymar(C) and his 28pts. Ouch! :urff: :(

There's no young players coming through Nikos.

You've always had a decent defence, but don't have a new Talisman.

Karagounis was a fabulous player, but he's 37. Nobody else has stepped up to the plate.

Plus, you have no forwards. Scoring goals has always been Greece's problem. :|

no more points yet but crucially changed a couple of "no-pointers" for some "yet-to-plays".

Okay, I took 3 players off on Sunday morning to be able to put players that played on Sunday night on the pitch.
But now I have a blue lock icon next to those players & a message that says they are still playing or their match has recently finished & I can't re-select them until the next round.
They last played 2 days ago, so is this one of the site's little bugs?
I was going to sling some players on active duty for this evening, but don't want to end up locking players away from use in their next matches.
Did I break something?
Cheers.
Steve

No Steve.

You can't take someone out (who has played) and change your mind. Once they're out, they're locked out until next round.

Sorry! :|

And to expand on 'next round', McFIFA should be putting up a new tab soon.

Those of you with Action Manâ„¢ Eagle-eyes will have already noticed that R2 starts before R1 finishes.

So, fucking around with your R1 team in anticipation of R2 is not recommended.

I'll bring you the latest as I know it. :von:
