Shame the box is as battered and looks like there is no press release either.

Am surprised the Greek or similar has not commissioned a box maker to do limited repro...

Hell - we've all got the 12 inches - I'd pay a £100 for a repro box just to put them in.....

Don't make such proposals, the Greek may really do it or - even worse - may have done it already. Hence, I would be careful buying a WEA box from Greece :urff:

Re the press release, only few of the boxes still contain the press release.

And don't forget, there are the two editions of the WEA box as we'll (white and black version). My view is both versions are originals, but that is a different subject that we have discussed quite some times somewhere else ...

Yes, I bought a black WEA box on Ebay from Greece 5-6 years ago, but that was before the current bootleg flood from Greece started. Nowadays, I would be more cautious, but if the box looks o.k. ... Maybe I was a bit too harsh here, not every item from Greece is a fake or homemade.

However, I bought my original WEA boxes (black and white cover version) both in private transactions quite some time ago (and yes, this means I have two black cover WEA boxes and one white cover version).
