Certainly a massive influence in the 80s from the early days of The Factory Walk to the later more TSOM sound of Chinese Black and Awful Day.
Part of that golden generation of Belgian bands (Front 242, Aroma di Amore, Flesh and Fell etc) sadly largely overlooked in the UK.
