I agree that list is full of lame books. I checked 15 but there was only a handful of Dick and no Gibson that I saw. Surprised to see The Forever War on there, which I read but don't rate.

Only 20!
No Aldiss (Greybeard?) and some odd other choices I thought; The Moon is a Harsh Mistress but no Time Enough For Love or Friday? No Protector for Niven?
Nice to see a Connie Willis there at the end, although they picked the gloomy one instead of To Say Nothing of the Dog or Blackout/All Clear.

Well I got ten, when I saw Sci Fi and Fantasy I thought I would get a big zero. I was however quite happy to see somme quality dystopian books, I am a big fan of dystopian writings. I have created a dystopian children's book for children, me dad did his masters in dystopian literature, were a happy lot in my family.

Currently engrossed in the Why My Cat Is Sad Twitter feed. One of the reasons My Cat Is Sad is
Meanwhile, also reading
Excellent read, very detailed but presented in a very easily-understood format for the non-military layman. Pretty much the last word in how the French got a shoeing in Vietnam, and lays the groundwork for the failure of the later American venture. Fall's prose style is neat and precise, his research thorough, and his presentation is refreshingly objective. Looking forward to reading Street Without Joy (his other work on the conflict).
Perfectly reasonable, I feel. Perhaps an upcoming reason will be "My cat is sad because this other cat feels that YCBTO is overrated."My Cat Is Sad wrote:...because he came over to sit next to me & chat about Joy Division albums but I said this seat was taken.
