Hoping for a Green (c) clean sheet. Gutted that Sinclair didn't start for Villa at the weekend and looks unlikely to play tonight. Not my greatest transfer signing
Agbonlahor (c) for me. Tekkers can have the night off please

Not in the slightest Nik. There's always an eclectic Alice band choice in IGM every GW. I just have to live with it.Nikolas Vitus Lagartija wrote:And apologies for my selection of Rob Green.

turned out alright i think. 70 points overall -42 coming from the encaptained Austin. i've even gone up a place.
Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

Any news on the totals yet ? Only average points for me so some major surgery for this weekend's run of more predictable (hopefully) matches ...

Apologises for the delay Boys and Girls. Sometimes real life intrudes on fantasy life, which can be very annoying. An unattractive DGW turned into an attractive DGW for whoever threw the dice and gambled the Alice band on Austin or Benteke.
Your final scores on the doors...
GW31: IGM 672 - 630 EIB
GW diff: +42 (the meaning of life?) IGM
OR diff: +469 IGM
(Switches into third person mode)
Having the tekkers to (c) Tekkers proved invaluable as the Yellow [s]Tent[/s] Jersey...
... remains with FC Bennweg-Zeis 1921 (Johnny Rev. 7.0).
Still the #1 fashion status symbol on the streets of Heidelberg.
Elsewhere, the Big Shout Out award...
...goes to Clash All Stars (Schmed) with a truly [s]Christina the[/s] astonishing 118pts! The highest score of the season so far. But I understand (as we both play in another FPL league) his euphoria was tempered by the fact that his 10-year old son scored 130pts! Kids, eh?
Whilst the Industrial Groove Machine appear to be on the march, there's still two DGWs to come (and possibly a third) so anything can happen.
Thanks to all who participated in this GW's chit-chat.
I'll now hand you back to the Stadium of Pfft! where a man in a shed with a pencil, is waiting to take your calls.

Thanks for the update, @Johnny, and well done on extending your (and our) lead !
tap tap tap....is this on?......
We were looking at a 25point lead going into Monday & looking to Agbonlahor & Austin to do the biz, but alas it wasn't to be & the door of the shed took a bit of a kicking after the match.
I am curious to see how many offload Tekkers now the DGW's done
& well done to Schmed's son. I might have to sign the lad up
Most of all, well done everyone once again & now I need to get back to training. We have a fully fit squad this week, with Catsncheese recovering well from a knock she took to the tail..
See you on the other side soon.

Rule#7 of FPL: Never offload a striker in form as they're totally immune to FPL (negative) scoring. Lost 5-2 and he scored the brace? Winner! The art is juggling them around as they tend to move in very short cyclical goalscoring form.

I haven't had much to crow about in recent weeks so this weeks score came as a huge relief. Here's hoping that it'll be the start of a nice climax to the season. (said in my best Julian Clary voice)
Thanks for kind words but won't be asking the boy for any advice as he's already getting a little to big for his boots!
