It is no matter if we like that. The funny is that if you are nearby and hear that thing whatever it is you are objected to go to jail no matter if you are goth or punk or atheist 
Yes there is a state in Europe that put on activation a law, It sounds funny for anyone to go to jail for a kinky neighboor that listen to that.
