FPL GW37: Preview, update and review (Deadline 16May 11:30)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I thought the Fabregas red was a tad harsh, but Terry should have been on his way really.

Jeebuz!
Just seen this on the beeb feed
I think we need a larger, slower vehicle to accurately describe what Sunderland are parking here. Crane? Ferry? Death Star?
Cheers.

And ARS aren't very good at breaking those kind of defences down. All credit to SUN though. Premiership survival is at stake. Different horses for different courses. Innit? :von:

Am just behind the pair of you thanks to Pantelimon's double clean sheet. All to play for on Sunday.

Some fool kept Pantilimon on the bench, didn't I? Hey ho, 62 points isn't to be sneezed at.

60 points for me. Too little too late however.

I wish I'd understood the principles earlier in the season. :x

I'm not sure whether anyone's decided if we're going to try to rerun the EIB vs IGM 11-a-side league next season. However, whether or not it comes about, if there's enough interest, we can have a league open to anyone from the two forums (fora?) who wants in. After all, it's perfectly possible to join as many leagues as you like on there.

I'm quite keen to run Kirkstall Wanderers again next season whatever happens, and it's a bit more fun if you have people you know to compete against.

The Pen and Pencil have agreed...

A rather damp squib of a DGW as ARS failed to perform as expected FPL-wise. But, to use her Native-American name: "She Who Doubles On Sunderland Defence" took us all to the cleaners.

From a personal point of view, as this will be my final FPL GW thread on HL, I just wanted to say thanks to all of you have participated. It's been a long and winding road, but also a shed-load (no Hungarian pun intended) of fun. I've met new people and I've strengthened relationships with existing people. :)

To all those who crossed-over, and vice versa, me and Pista love you long time.
