If you could steal one thing from Von's basement....
A member (ex member?) here bought it; there was discussion & pics a few years back but haven't been able to find them.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
Yup, I remember that to.

A French girl bought it as I recall.
Whilst it was EBay, it wasn't for any other reason than to assist Oscar, or as some named him, flipper boy.
I bought a few things, but gave most away

Like most people I would look for the recent recordings of their continual studio output - they'll probably be stored on 8-track cartridge
I would also look for his voice. He's lost it somewhere and here is as good a place to start as anywhere. He could then have it back in time for October.

Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.
Right, while you've all been discussing it, I've actually been to Von's basement and cleaned it out. The bidding starts at 99p.

Now that's just ridiculous, Andrew Eldrtich has fantastic voice, strong, clear, like Mustang V8 with broken muffler. Like Lord of Thunder eating gravel and drinking pure petroleum. All you have to do it's open your ears and your soul.

That's what the listings will say, anyway.Being645 wrote:Oh hell, and it's all "strictly limited edition" ... ...stufarq wrote:Right, while you've all been discussing it, I've actually been to Von's basement and cleaned it out. The bidding starts at 99p.

There are three possibilities
1. Chris was joking.
2. When Pat sold his suit, Von bought it in incognito.
3. Pat actually never sold it, it has always been in Von’s wardrobe.

Wasn't that info, passed my Patsy, that A.E. paid her in clothes?

Anyway, if Chris has the impression that there is a lot still stored @Von's basement, then hell, there's hope ... ...
