Random Nine While Nine question

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Has Nine While Nine been performed anytime within recent decades? Was trying to find it on YouTube, but nothing turned up after the 80s.

Not a clue.
It's not exactly a complex song & it is a very nice piece.
As far as I know, Leeds & Newcastle 85 were being filmed & recorded for possible release but never ended up making the cut. :(
That's the only time NWN was played

PIB might know more.
Cheers.

There is a reference to this song in this article.. I think it was performed only twice because it was emotionally hard for Andrew.

Yet another reason for the shades (as well as to hide his dilated pupils)

IMHO, it's quite a long way from being able to express emotion to being a "crying man" ...
but I guess, that's one reason why Floodland and Vision Thing sound very different ...

He doesn't play it anymore since twice in the 80s was a neuf.
