Dear Doktor,

it seems soo hard to keep in shape these days and being a visual effects zombie i rarely spend any time away from the monitor.Besides i smoke and i drink.How do you maintain this slim silhouette?Does being engulved by dry ice has anything to do with it?

p.s.If you could hook me up with one of those Sisters chrome zippo lighters that you probably have dosens of in your basement,that would be great :D
