They actually gave me the all clear following my surgery in December; they call(ed) it a "pCR" for "pathological complete response." In other words, the heavy-duty chemo was successful in killing the cancer (fingers crossed, knock on wood, etc., that it's forever!). Because of the very aggressive nature of my type of breast cancer (triple-negative), I still had to have daily radiation therapy for 6 weeks to the affected breast, axillary (underarm) area, and tumor "bed." Probably more than you wanted to know, but that's how I roll.stufarq wrote:Have they given you the all clear yet or do you still have to wait awhile?

oh mate you have just made my fucking year! you cant tell us more than we wanted to know because what we wanted to know was that you were free of that shit, emerging fromyour time of darkness victorious, and growing strong and healthy again -fingers crossed, knock on wood, chaos allowing and dog willing (arent dogs nicer than mythical sky wizards?) forever.
.......you had me worried there you bugger. please don't do that again.
