Seems a bit odd. Left on m*****n and revenge was the proposed second album before the breakup, but Giving Ground and This Corrosion were both written after (and about) the breakup. And Bury Me Deep had already been released.

Very interesting.

Torch was apparently the track that drove Adam out of the band.

Giving Ground, This Corrosion, Driven Like the Snow and Bury Me Deep we are also familiar with but maybe not in the form envisioned here.

Some very ‘Mission’ sounding titles there as well.

Any idea of where this came from or how genuine it is?

A fascinating image. There was a flurry of discussion about it on Phil's Facebook group (please get the link right!) I'm leaning towards it being a list of titles Andrew liked the sound of at the time. All songwriters keep such lists.

I know a The m*****n track from "The Children" album called "Heaven on earth".

I remember from either a Q magazine or Smash Hits interview back in the day that Wayne had written Heaven on Earth for his daughter, Hannah, who was born in (I guess) 1987-ish. It is of course possible that he may have taken an earlier song and repurposed it, or it may be a completely different song.

I do also subscribe to the "working titles for songs that don't even exist yet" theory, though.

With the inclusion of a song title called "Ritual", could that mean the list pre-dates the release of Skeletal Family's "Burning Oil" album which also includes a song called "Ritual". Once that happened and Eldritch became aware of it he would have surely retired that title as damaged goods.

If any of Wayne's songs were included in the list, Ritual could perhaps be an early version of Sacrilege.
