Re-run of currently watching

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon are both 2000AD alumni. Personally I think Ennis's work on Judge Dredd was actually a bit weak but Dillon has always been up there with the greats.

Wacken 2016, see Gen. Chat for more details
It's all such a dreary fiction.

Ope, seems I can't post a new topic. Oh well you lose.

It would have went something a bit like this...
Wacken 2016 Tribute to Lemmy - http://concert.arte.tv/de/born-lose-liv ... -kilmister
and Hank's own personal tribute to the man - http://concert.arte.tv/de/henry-rollins ... n-air-2016

If you liked Lemmy, and you did, you need to watch these.
It's all such a dreary fiction.

But absolutely brilliant. It's a fantastic film, and I can't wait to see what the director does next.

i didnt rate Enniis's run of Hellblazer either but Preacher is better written. Steve Dillon is a genius as you say.

Watched it last week. Loved it. More than anything I have ever seen, it captured my childhood in Rockland County, NY (just outside NYC). I could have been one of those kids. Hell, I think I was one of those kids.

Can't wait for season 2.

It was really cool to see the various tips of the hat to some classic 80's horror books/ flicks.
I thought Dustin was excellent, but it was nice to see Wynona getting back into her groove :)
Cheers.

Went to the pictures tonight to watch Sausage Party. If you are male, female, gay, straight, something else, jewish, muslim, indian, hispanic, italian-american...hell, if you've ever drawn breath you will be offended. If bad language and depictions of food having...thingie...offends you, then I don't recommend it.

For everyone else, I strongly suggest seeing it. It has a strong underlying message (religion effs you up), it's very funny, and you will p*ss yourself. Yes, it's deeply puerile, very offensive, full of puns and sight gags, and there's a Meatloaf cameo that has to be seen to be believed, but worth watching.

good movie, not great, but good. Cheadle made good work, good acting, good scenario, good directing.

Cracking movie. I'm sure Alan Moore doesn't agree but hey.
