Hiya,

I am a happy man now! Just picked up my Digitech 2101 studio tube amp and it rocks! New groove tubes in there... latest software... artist update.... killer sound! Am going to have my Ibanez pups replaced by either Dimarzio's or EMG's.... and hey presto... Gave it a test run using my old Charvel 4 series with an Dimarzio Tone Zone in the bridge and a Chopper for a neck pickup.. and it kicks some serious ass! What kinda gear do you guys on the list use? And I am not talking about smoking it...

ummm, well i have a line6 guitar port ;D :lol:

and a behringer v-amp bass pro ;D

along with a quadraverb and a couple of other rack fx/compressors/gates ;)

very studio-oriented as you can see...

oh, and i borrowed a zoom 1201 guitar fx rack last week but i've yet to plumb it in to the rack.

the rest of the racket comes from VSTi instruments (NI battery, NI absynth 2, novation v-station, etc etc etc) 8)

on the geetar front i have a red (with white scratch plate) "squire" telecaster and a cheapo copy of a fender p-bass.

i find it dunt make much difference once its been through THAT amount of fx ;) :innocent:

that said, the tele' copy is really nice for those intricate spindly goth riffs (think flood II) and the bass plays like a growly motherf*cker from hell when hit just right (think stranglers) :twisted:

i have always fancied a thunderbird bass though :notworthy:
