Alice 2004

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Ok, the a-side has been moved.

The b-side is being uploaded now.

It's still not very good. But it is better than the a-side.

I'll keep this here until Sunday, then I'm going to delete both files.

(On a side note, I can't get the URL link thing to work . It is correct though, just copy and paste into a new window. )

I like it, since the sisters are dead anyway it's good to hear something from nothing.

Huge thanks in advance  :notworthy:
I can do a CD for you but it probably won't be for a couple of weeks as my decks and vinyls are about 150 miles away at the moment...
Big apologies... Seems the souncard on the laptop is broken, it would only record with approx 100dB of white noise in the background, making recordings completely unlistenable :( Hope you've managed to get it somehow... Think there's a weed of it doing the rounds now?

an "edit" version - which probably means someone has faded the normal version out after 3 and a half minutes to make it seem more radio friendly, and thus perhaps make it seem more legit!

Oh, and did you see the rest of this buttwipe's auctions?
Nearly ALL of them are private auctions, so no-one but eBay can check them out!
This is the lowest scum ever trodden on the eBay path ...

What I find the most stupid is the people bidding on it!!
Don't they do ANY research before bidding?

I wouln't be surprised that the CD-R goes up to 100GBP.... :?

...and eBay have now split feedback so you can see it by Seller or Buyer - check the from Buyer - the only non-private auctions are for shoes?!

Dunno how you all feel, but (my personal opinion only) 99+% rating or not - if I can't see what kind of stuff the seller has done in the past I'd avoid it like the plague.

If it sounds too good to be true it usually is - and that's exactly what happened when the WEA mixes, Kenny Giles etc first appeared on eBay and went into three figures.

Have a good weekend y'all.
