ok michael, as someone with particularly similar tastes in these matters- are you saying come together is better than will i dream?
Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

It doesn't come across in most live recordings (and I've never seen it in the flesh so I can't comment) but Come Together is actually a Floorshow-style Doktor-fest.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
Haven't really got any least favs. Always thought Anaconda was let down by dodgy production a bit though.

An equally probable alternative is that I may have a very peculiar internal jukebox thing going on when I hear Come Together.eastmidswhizzkid wrote:we shall have to agree to disagree on that one then Brother Michael.

Never really been a fan of Anaconda or When You Don't See Me. And the 1992 Temple Of Love... I can't stand that!
blood instead of rain...
I'm with mh on this mate. Listening to it now and I'd love to hear a full proper production of it.mh wrote:Of course I am.eastmidswhizzkid wrote:ok michael, as someone with particularly similar tastes in these matters- are you saying come together is better than will i dream?

Interesting. I've heard it so many times it becomes rather boring!

Personally, I like it. Ever heard the Supersuckers' cover? Worth tracking down.markreed wrote:Afterhours.

I liked Afterhours, the spaghetti western vibe kind of went with the cowboy hats. Perhaps we'd all done one two many, erm, all nighters at the Hyde Park cinema or old Playhouse by the Uni sports hall.
