First And Last (and always)

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Interesting. The first night at Maritime was actually the poorest sound I've experienced. The second night was transcendent, however. Seriously, I remember the heat of the lights and this other-worldly, out of body feel. All of this made sense in retrospect as I proceeded to experience the worst flu of my life for a week afterwards. I think all on the Dominion mailing list blamed that bottle of vodka/juice that we passed around. Did you take a swig?
Not that I recall - though I was with the group that passed the small bottle of Jager to Von during one of the shows (picked up somewhere outside Tombstone AZ, as it happens). Small world!

40 € each is extremeley optimistic imho... not even a super retro guy like me would consider buying slides (!) at such a ridiculous price. The 3rd one is extremely terrible btw ;D

A bit late to the party here, but I'll play :)

First: Oslo 2009 (Sisters live noob, and I wasn't lucky with that one).

Somehow that didn't put me off, so I kept going.

Last: Roundhouse, 2015.

Next: Going to make up for missing 2016 this year. London or Brussels? Haven't decided yet, maybe both if there's a way to make it work. Waiting for more dates to be confirmed.

If they're still doing it, so am I.
09: Oslo / 11: Helsinki, Oslo / 12: Köln / 14: Amsterdam / 15: London / 17: London x2 / 19: London x2, Oslo / 22: Stockholm, Oslo / 23: Berlin, Leipzig
