can't seem to find any info about a US version of the LP (original release, not re-release)
the Elektra CD exists, and so does the tape, but what about an Elektra vinyl album?
does it even exist? anybody has it?

Can't seem to find any trace of it on the web. Probably a cost-cutting exercise on the part of Elektra if true. Vinyl was well on the way out by 1990.
Besides, the Elektra CD is all anyone needs when it comes to Vision Thing

More likely an attempt to get people to migrate to the format.
Bit odd that it was released on cassette though.

As to uploading pictures here you might want to (or might not want to) read through these threads:

* That was fast ... ... here it is ... ... looks like side b of the one above, though ... ...
according to discogs:
Side A Vision Thing (Remix)
Side B Vision Thing (LP Version)
maybe that's the reason for the "LP" mark

Don't think there was a US vinyl release. I only have it in CD. If there'd been a vinyl , I'd have bought it too.
