Can any of you help me with this song please?
It is my fave sisters song, have trawled the tab sites for years inc. Gothic tab archive, even begged various people.
Live with E Bows, studio. Whatever, I don't mind.
Please make someone very happy.
Um? Have I crawled enough?
Marian/ Tab complete, or not, pref first.

That page is great for Sisters tabs! I like playing the riffs from 'Alice', over and over again ... they're curiously hypnotic.
Err.. that's not much to do with 'Marian'; just wanted to get my problem out in the open.

I was looking through some of those tabs. Some of them are very close, some are them are pretty far off the mark!
The Marian tab is close but not quite there in my opinion. The E-Bow bit just follows the bass.
The Alice tab should be played on the b-string for the intro and Riff A and the E-string for Riff B. If you play it the way it is written there, you'd end up with loads of ringing from the B and E strings which isn't there when you play Riff B so it wouldn't sound right. If that makes any sense.
All the Sisters songs can be worked out properly if you just sit down with record and use those tabs as guidance though. Apart from the Body and Soul tab where the intro is appalling tabbed!

While I appreciated all of the commemts made about this post.........
Is there any chance of retuning to my request, please?
I am fully aware of the gothic tab archive, and visited a fair few times, but I have to agree with C3. Maybe I should of asked if anyone knows Marian complete?

After seeing the Wake version, I knew there was something seriously wrong with the gothic tab version, Anyway thanks again.
