Long shot...

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

But anyway, as I wrote in the thread about the sunday Sep. 29 gig, a girl (woman) was nice to talk to and after the gig she just disappeared after a quick goodbye. Now I can't effin' get her out of my head. Old romantic fool as I am.

Romance or not, I just hate the fact that I wasn't fast enough to ask about Facebook, telephone number - something! All I know is her first name (or the one she told me anyway), which part of Stockholm she lives in, and that she saw the Sisters for the first time in England 1983. I don't think she's on Heartland (yet), because she seemed surprised when I told her about this place. And curious about it.

But she's maybe in the Fb group?

Ok, I won't write her name or part of the city openly here, that's not a nice thing to do. But if someone knows, maybe fellow swedes, about a long time Sisters's fan girl who saw them in England 1983...

Also, her name wasn't typically swedish at all. Might as well be "english" (ok ok, british) as far as I can tell.

If someone has any clue, or are willing to help, I'll reveal her name and so on in private. Oh, and I'm not out to "get her", but promised to give her a copy of the 1991 Stockholm gig (which she also attended as well)...

Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

Thanks for your support, ppl. At this very moment I'm thinking about a journey to her part of Stockholm, with the excuse "checking what's new since last time I was here some 1,5 years ago".

:D
