THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.
As there seems to be a recording from this gig, is anybody able/willing to
confirm the complete set list beyond Kiss The Carpet, Heartland and Sister Ray ? ... ...

A night spent in Sheffield bus station is not something I'd recommend to any gig-goer, however battle hardened

Sheffield train station was no better!
Absolutely. I remember being asleep in the photobooth there and getting kicked awake in the middle of the night by those fine upstanding gentlemen of the 1980s South Yorkshire police force and thrown out into the winter night. If you imagine the exact opposite of that scene in Amelie!

Oh hell ! ... You're right... ... I've moved the page to the correct day of the week ... ... THANK YOU FOR THE HINT ... ...
btw, the worst place to get stranded after a gig I've found so far was Gatwick Airport... ... just terrible. But maybe things have changed to the better there since 2011.

I also had the "pleasure" of becoming acquainted with the local skinheads
