Should I do some Heartland hoodies?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Recent discussions about Sisters merch, and the relative merits of zip-up vs. non zip-up hoodies, have given me an idea...

I've been toying with the idea of doing a Heartland hoodie for a while. It would be a new design (probably reusing elements of other tees like the HL cog etc), with a print on the front and on the back, on a black hoodie

It would be available in either zip-up or pull-over-the-head versions (called a "varsity" hoodie, apparently!).

Would you be interested?
  • The zip-up hoodie is jet black and would be £26
  • The varsity hoodie is jet black with "heather grey" lining and draw-string, and would be £25
And postage would be:
  • £2 for U.K.
  • £4 for Europe
  • £6 for Rest of world
I'm not asking you for a commitment to purchase, I just wanted to check if it would be of interest, and if those prices were ok for folks?

Let me know in this thread if you think it's worth me doing some :)

Here's a couple of images of the base garments I'd be printing on:

and

Varsity hoodie - jet black with heather grey lining and draw-string (it is black - it just looks a bit grey on that picture)

I could also do the varsity one with alternate colour linings (sadly they don't do all-black ones)

yep, both versions have pockets - the images of lighter colour hoodies show the pockets more clearly - eg:

I'd be equally interested in either version. Would be cool if the HL cog colour matched the lining colour on the "varsity" one! :)

Edit to say: the prices seem more than reasonable! :hl:

that could be arranged.

might not be exactly 100% colour matched but i'd do my best. I'd hope it was close enough.

:von: The black and gold combo is what really "tickles my fancy". Think it would look mint with matching buffalo and bison/cog.

Interesting, the zip hoodie in particular. And the prices are absolutely bearable. Now curiously looking forward to see the designs ... :D ...

Cool, I need a new hoodie. 🙃

How about a fantasy footie hoodie as well?

Absolutely up for a zip up one.
Personally I would have the Heartland logo on the breast pocket and "Forum Thing " down one sleeve. However I'll certain take whatever you come up with.

Sadly the printers can’t do sleeve prints.
