Yeah it’s rare I have 3 hours to sit down in one setting BY MYSELF, uninterrupted. So I’d need to know what I’m getting into before paying. I mean even the most evil corporate a-holes Amazon give you 48 hours to finish watching a 90 minute movie. 6 hours feels a bit unreasonable to me. As does the lousy customer service

S’okay mate definitely not arsey. I did actually consider hitting them up on Twitter but second guessed myself out of it. Anyway it got me motivated enough to pick up the acoustic for the first time in six months and play a load of my favourite NMA songs. They were so bloody good back in the day. Yeah the most obvious way I can think of is to screen capture the stream on the computer and upload that for all and sundry to enjoy. I wouldn’t do that myself, I’m happy to pay NMA or whomever. I was thinking about every YouTube view these days earns a penny in copyright for someone. I reckon it’s mostly going to the record companies (see Rick Beato’s numerous rants on UMG copyright claims). I wonder how much of that ever gets to the bands/artists. I’d love to see artist be able to strike a deal with YouTube so they can earn their fair share
Wholeheartedly agree with this. I’m sure their perspective is that this is the tenner (Ayrton Senna, love it, not heard that one before) a punter would spend on going to /watching the show live, which is not in perpetuity.
