I remember being at Anfield (I assume the right part of Merseyside) for the Un*ted match just after Tommy Doc was caught with his physio's wife. He got dog's abuse game from a packed Kop (26,000 in those standing days).

Edit - A Mancunian 'friend' has texted to advise that the only decent part of Merseyside is deep in the middle of the river lol
