This'll go down like a lead balloon

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Erm, so are any other Heartlanders going to see Morrissey at the MEN arena on Saturday May 22nd?

used to be a big Smiths fan back in the day. The first Mozzer album had it's moments but I'd lost interest after all that "Ouiji Board" nonsense (and I'd discovered the Nephs by then anyway.)
So no, probably. :|

I was put off by the pretentiousness of the title of their second album. Still love the first and Hatful Of Hollow though. Morrissey and Eldritch in the ring. I'd pay good money to be at the weigh-in for that one.
Go to sleep now, Francis.

I might be getting dragged there by my friend!!! I suppose I shouldn't complain too much, as I've dragged her to quite a few gigs that she wasn't keen on going

"Get dragged there?" What you talkin 'bout? it's gonna be the gig of the year.
erm, unless the Sisters tour again.
I've got a feeling there're gonna be some famous people in the crowd- Putting on my psychic hat, I'd say that at least some of the following will be there:

Kathy Burke
Christopher Ecclestone
Sparks
The Gallacher brothers
assorted musicians from half-forgotten early-90's Madchester bands
Bono (cos he seems to be at every 'hot' gig)
Kate Moss (ditto)
Vini Reilly
Paul 'Mr. Magic' Daniels (actually, I made this last one up!)
