About time a record shop started to play some decent tunes..

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

With the match being called off today Mrs Snowey and myself decided to do a bit of shopping in Birkenhead.

We called into the Music Centre and Mrs Snowey spotted a copy of the 4 disc LOTR box set for £20. Whilst waiting to pay what came over the speakers... The m*****n with Tower of Strength followed by the Sisters with Dominion. It turned out the the 2CD "Dark Side of the 80's" CD is now only £5. (advert over)

Long time since I heard the Sisters in a bog standed record shop.

Wot, no Peter Andre, Mr. (inshop) DJ?

Mysterious...

That could explain your sexual frustration. Personally, I like to wander around HMV while Mrs T is searching for an appropriate blouse to go out in. If she's spending, then so am I. Lots of goodies today.

Well, since you asked: DVD's in abundance. The Long Good Friday (Hellen Mirren... swoony swoon); Syd Barrett and The Pink Floyd Story; and Floyd Live At Pompei. Clearly I'm regressing, but I'm sure I'll get over it. OOhh, Mrs T's just turned up. TFBSZ.

No! No! No!
I Was Wrong
my main gripe is people at checkouts with a huge load, who then at the last min. look for a way of paying.... Duh!

I even had some mad woman run outside to the ATM when the checkout coulda done it (the lady on the checkout did explain this to the dumb bint, it obviousley didn't sink in till she was three quarters of the way to the ATM, if it did at all!) meanwhile her compadre had to stare down my growling gaze.

An excellent choice of viewing Thrash :notworthy: :notworthy: Mine are all on creaky old VHS(all the Floyd stuff) and The Long Good Friday is a fine film too. I do have a perchance for older stuff as well as Goffworld :) 8) one reason I always envy folks a little older than me as they has the opportunity first hand and I was just a nipper,sniff..

I'd say people at airports who don't clear out there pockets and have to go tru the metal detector over and over (especially with all the added security on flights to the US of A)
