hey @6FeetOver
yep, the festivities got in the way a little, as did lockdown
the order was processed a couple of days ago though, so should be on it's way to your homeland imminently
quite what the USPS will do with it once they get it is anyone's guess, but hopefully you should get it in a week or two

Hiya
I ordered on 26th March, (obviously I need one before my stay at The Enterprise in September )
Haven't heard anything since. Just want to check if my order got through ok.

There's a couple that seem to have gone astray.
I'll chase this one up today too

Oh hell, sorry.Gothicbiff wrote: ↑08 May 2021, 12:30 Hiya. Did the guy manage to clear the backlog of orders? Haven't received mine yet
Yes, we contacted the printers with a list of the missing ones and I'm pretty sure they have all arrived now - even the ones going to mainland Europe.
Drop us an email when you get chance and we'll pick it up with the printers again. Really sorry

Herr Quiff, Am I going bonkers or was there talk a while ago about a black zipped hoody with just a logo on breast and minus all the silly writing everywhere being produced for us loyal Heartland types? Still 100% up for that if it is indeed a 'goer'

FYI, the folks over at Manchester St. Pauli, who provide our HL tees, have been having a few issues with their supplier recently - missing shirts, iffyprint quality, etc
As far as I am aware, all HL orders have been fulfilled and there's been no issues with print quality, but I'm going to take the tees off sale for a while until MSP find a new supplier.
Watch this space, as the cool kids say.

Hi, I've just joined this forum. Is this tee still available? Looks really nice, and I guess is a great way for people to spark up conversations at gigs!

Sorry for the delay.
Have sent you a DM, and we're going to organise a replacement.
One of the reasons we stopped was that the previous suppliers were becoming unreliable with international deliveries - it appears you've fallen foul of that. Sorry
We'll get you a tee sorted asap though.
Thanks

@ @eastmidswhizzkid and @MoBetaBlues The folks from MSP are still trying to source a better supplier who is affordable, good quality and has reliable international postage.
They've said that now it's new year, they are going to start the supplier search again... so they're not available just yet, but hopefully will be soon. Thanks for your interest

Cool shirt but I'd look like a Stater Bros groupie wearing one in SoCal...
"The use of the word "Heartland" reflects one of the advertising reference points for Stater Bros. Markets, which said its stores -- located primarily in the area of Southern California known as the Inland Empire -- are in "the heartland"
Hah... would be amusing if anyone actually thought that since i'm there almost daily getting smokes and cat food...
Would be amusing just to test the waters.
