I'm listening to that collection of unreleased songs Tobias put out, and liking it more and more by the minute (it's been my constant companion for the last few days). I'm really grateful for this, actually (if you're reading this, thank you for doing this). If only we'd get the real thing one of these days...

The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

I had a playlist going while writing, and this song auto-populated into it, and yeah... I'm digging it.
I have to disagree. The I'm Your Man album is more upbeat than we normally get from Lenny but nothing wrong with that if it's done tastefully, and it is.eastmidswhizzkid wrote: ↑16 Jan 2023, 22:17 this on infinite repeat at the minute. love his voice and delivery
EDIT: to be fair the rest of the album is s**t.

OK s**t is wrong,; simply because disliking something is an opinion, not a fact, so i take that back. I'm just not a fan of his generally, its a childhood aversion. i did listen to the whole album in light of my liking this track but it wasnt my cup of tea.XidiouX wrote: ↑29 Jan 2023, 19:37I have to disagree. Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

They, and Barry, just keep getting better and better and better. That's a beautiful song too.

Finishing the edits on this new script, and there's a very specific type of music playing to maintain the mood and focus
