Much as I adore(d) the rave lighting and wall of fog, the current cyberscape stageset is the coolest thing The Sisters have ever mooched around in and on, no matter the size of stage. Rather than always wistfully longing for something past / else, I find it very easy to love and appreciate the here and now. Notwithstanding, PLYC, preferably at the arena with an expanded cyberscape filling the stage with glowing magnificence.

I'm a big fan of Leeds Arena but I'm not sure the Girls would sell enough tickets to make it worthwhile.Planet Dave wrote: ↑25 Nov 2024, 10:41 Much as I adore(d) the rave lighting and wall of fog, the current cyberscape stageset is the coolest thing The Sisters have ever mooched around in and on, no matter the size of stage. Indeed, that was subtley as far as I'll go these days in the direction of wishing for a new album, cos that's the only time they'd have any reason to play the arena. I don't think they sold the T&C/Academy out last time, nor the Poly before that.ribbons69 wrote: ↑26 Nov 2024, 00:06I'm a big fan of Leeds Arena but I'm not sure the Girls would sell enough tickets to make it worthwhile.Planet Dave wrote: ↑25 Nov 2024, 10:41 Much as I adore(d) the rave lighting and wall of fog, the current cyberscape stageset is the coolest thing The Sisters have ever mooched around in and on, no matter the size of stage. Both The Mishun and The Cult have played there I believe, both supporting Alice Cooper, and when I saw Alice there last month he had Primal Scream so there's hope. Not much I'll admit.Planet Dave wrote: ↑26 Nov 2024, 15:50Indeed, that was subtley as far as I'll go these days in the direction of wishing for a new album, cos that's the only time they'd have any reason to play the arena.
