If you genuinely can't access your roundhouse wallet then contact them via their website, they're super-helpful. Last coupla times we've gone to Sisters shows there I had a nokia phone so zero use for digital ticketing systems, they sorted out a perfectly fine plan B. This year we'll be joining the masses waiting frantically for the digital tickets to be 'delivered' 5 minutes before the doors are due to open ;D
Ha ha technology eh!
I still prefer old fashioned paper tickets for that reason, and you get a keepsake for your trouble :)

Same. But well, the modern world is what it is. The Black Sabbath Back To The Beginning thingy is strictly digi only so I'm glad I've got my fancy phone or we wouldn't be getting in, but of course where possible physical tickets, even basic printed ones as have existed for a while now, are better than screenshots. Just cos.

I think I've gotten a couple of paper tickets within the last couple years from shows at venues here where they still have the option like Massey Hall, but I wind up printing a PDF of the ticket the majority of the time now, since most shows here are promoted through Live Nation now. It is what it is. But when things go wrong, because at some point they do, instead of just quickly printing a ticket, the man will make you jump through hoops to get a link to get a simplified digital ticket, because the other way makes too much sense of course

I've got an album full of old paper tickets, it's nice to flick through them from time to time. Another thing I miss from "back in the day" is getting my hand ink-stamped for re-entry, remember that?!

Still a thing, last stamping was at the Old Woollen at Gary Marx t'other month. Maybe the next stamping will be Phil Campbell at Leeds Warehouse tonight, can't 'member if they stamp or not ;D

All my old gig tickets are kept in a silver chocolate box from Tallinn :D :notworthy: ace to look through them semi-regularly, but as became recently apparent, if I ain't got a ticket for it it is erased from my memory. Even Motorhead

The Rescue Rooms in Nottingham still stamp.
