As I appear to be the ONLY Welsh "Heartlander"* I must admit that I felt completely underwhelmed by St. Davids Day on March 1st. St. David is the patron saint of Wales - just so you know.

It is unfortunate that March 1st has nothing to do with drinking bloody "Guinness" - I much prefer the better tasting S. A. Brains "Dark Mild" which is produced in Cardiff (Wales). http://www.sabrain.com for more info.

At this very moment I am watching BBC Wales Today and they a report that St. Patrick may have been born in Wales in a small village in the Dulias Valley.

So St. Bloody (I dont work for Guinness - Honest) Patrick may NOT even be Irish!!!!!!

I am half Welsh & half Irish, but I feel more Welsh. Maybe because that side of the family are a lot nicer.
