I remember pis$ing myself at that one, especially taken their attire and his weedy Scottish voice "Welcum too oor live expeeerience" indeed Got some 7" of theirs in an Oor Price sale for 25p each, I'll Show You Something Special still rocks.sisxbeforedawn wrote:'welcome to our live experience' sorry but it still cracks me up
And once again I must champion Play Dead. Company Of Justice, the great lost album of its era IMO and I know, I know QB, you don't rate them at all.

They were great - back in the day - saw then twice in Cardiff 92 and 93!
I have loads of their Vinly and "Guilt by Association" on Cd - What ever happen to them?
Their cover of "Forest" by The Cure is great - and Temple Of Love - known as Temple of S***E is a scream

Temple of "S***E" - AKA Crap - its a Live studio recording - its very funny - in particular the drummer saying "Can we do 'Kings of The Wild Frontiers" instead" followed by furious drummingRed Sunsets wrote:Temple Of Shove?

Creaming Jesus supported The Nephs when I saw them in '90. I saw them a couple of times after that, including at the Bradford "1-in-12" club when me and my mate sat and had a pint with the band. Very nice chaps they were.

It's "Guilt By Association" - "Lillies" and "Reptile" are killer-songs!Big Si wrote:Which one?vicus wrote:I found an old Creaming Jesus-LP a few days ago - cool stuff!

I saw them twice here in Bremen - they used the "Temple"-riff as an intro to "A Forest".
The statement at the end of "Temple of Lurve/s**t" is very funny: "Can't we try something else? That was rubbish!"
