Good performance. Mr Larsson didn't have a top nite out, but what does that matter when you have guys like Agathe and Vargas stopping everything that comes in their path. I thought Celtic were sitting ducks with Balde out and the kid Marshall between the posts, but I was way wrong.
Old news but Barcelona really needs a striker. A tall one.

How the hell did Stan Varga turn into a competent defender?
I have nightmares about some of his performances at Sunderland ... usually the flatfooted ones as a not-conspicuously-pacy striker jogged idly by.

Yeah, I was wondering that the other day as well. I think even Forlan went past him at Sunderland once.andymackem wrote:How the hell did Stan Varga turn into a competent defender?

Yeah, well done Celtic!
You narrowly beat a mediocre Spanish team. Take a bow.

Fine game as well.
Loved the hard tackling on those Catalan ponces.
Great to see boring boring Liverpool go out too. The only thing they've got going for them is their hate for Man U.
