Any idea why I stopped getting forum thread alerts for about the last week? I'm willing to accept that most of my contributions lead to cranial shutdown and that there might be no replies anyway. But then, all of a sudden, after a week, the notifications started dripping in. If no one replies to this, then....er....

Paddy.
did you definitely "subscribe" to the threads?
anyone else not been getting any notifications? of PMs, replies to watched threads etc?
it could be that the hosting company have stopped out a lot of outgoing webserver-generated mail... although that would normally mean that new registrations wouldnt get their confirmation emails, which doesnt appear to be the case
i'll look into it.
thanks

Yup- I hadn't visited the forum for a few days and the notifications stopped coming. Then when I looked at threads I'd previously contributed to I saw that other people had added replies, but I'd had no reply notification. It all seems to be fine again now, though.Quiff Boy wrote:did you definitely "subscribe" to the threads?
