Ryvita

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Well? what do you lot reckon?

Yum! I love it, and eat it every day

I'm afraid I am unable to vote as I actually like it but never remember to buy it, so I don't fall in any of the categories. It is nice with peanut butter and jam.

Oh Stevey boy, Stevey boy, because you share a name with me, and because so far you're the only one brave enough to speak out in favour of Ryvita, I've added a poll option just for you.

I've also voted in Steve's category. And I love Marmite.

And of course the perfect (and slightly more subtle) Antipodean cousin to Marmite - a perfect accompanyment.

I should have known an Aussie would agree. I've had many arguments, standing up for the virtues of Vegemite....and The Church. lol.

Yes, peeps, they are called FRENCH FRIES. Chips are that lame attempt at copying continental food... ;-)
The other thing besides it is called BEEFSTEAK (as in genuine meat, no offense Quiffy et al...)

Just to tell ya all, I've been to England thrice in my whole darn life and every time I'm praying to my personal guardian angel St. Immodium that he/she exists...

Dark Rye is the best, genuinely yummy. I have some in front of me right now.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I appear to be in good company with Steve and Mr Fiend. Ryvita spread with real boota on the dimply side, for that extra cholesterol hit, topped with Marmite (sorry Steve).
Go to sleep now, Francis.

Don't get me wrong Harry - I'm not saying I don't like it. By god, I do. But I just find Vegemite slightly easier on the palette.
It stems from a disturbing childhood memory of my father spreading it on far too thick and making me eat it.

The secret when spreading it on toast is, of course, to let the toast go cold first and then an all together more even spread is the end product.

Remionds me of the old parental teatime argument;

Me:"Ow, this is really hot."
Mum: "Do you want me to put it in the fridge?"
