Just uploaded pictures of a G.M. Interview from 1985 I believe; it also contains a brief review of a Nottingham Rock City gig also from 1985(?)
Enjoy!

I first thought the review was from 1984 (last bit of page 3 to make sure we're on the same page ) but what about the mention of Fix as an encore? (which I don't think they played at the 1984 gig, unless it got cut off the tape again )paint it black wrote:good review. from 84

note it's in red font on my site. seem to remember a dominion buff confirming it a few years back. or the reviewer got the wrong songHojyuu-obi wrote:I first thought the review was from 1984 (last bit of page 3 to make sure we're on the same page ) but what about the mention of Fix as an encore? but fix had been played by then, so...
*edit.
just reread my review (same as yours but easier on the eye on paper to screen) on the bootleg around alice, you can hear "right hand...blah blah..." this is the thing the reviwer is commenting on around alice/train time . also, there is a minor cut where fix would sit , but i have two sources, so it gets unlikely that it was cut on both

Okay, I'm sorry for being sarcastic. And especially sorry for being unoriginally sarcastic. I am glad there are people out there who know these things.
It's a mighty fine train, though.
