Hi all. Sometimes when I send a text message and ask for confirmation that it's been received, I get a text with an err code in it. For example ERR:061. I get these even when the text has been delivered ok. Does anyone know what these different err codes mean? I've searched the Orange web site and couldn't find anything.
Thanks all

Very strange!! I've been on orange for years and never come accross messages like that! Could it be the phone and not the network?

RCT. I've also had err044. I get these codes if the message isn't delivered straight away.DomConway wrote:How do you request the message receipts - using the menu option or by typing RCT at the beginning of the message?
Have been in contact with Orange and there is mucho scratching of the la tet.
To not know and to ask a question is a moment of embarrassment; to not know and not ask is a lifetime of shame.
Be happy it wasn't a blue one!
