Armageddon will be held downstairs this year...

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Armageddon will be held downstairs this year :
come down, have a drink, have a dance !
The day before The Sisters of Murphy play "The Bassment" in Leeds, its the perfect excuse to book the weekend off, get a hotel room and stay in Leeds 8)

DJs include my good self, Penger (from Wishville) and a special guest slot from Paul Sheep, DJ at Black Sheep - one of Leeds' biggest Goth/Alternative nights.

If you're a DJ and are planning on coming, and would like to do a spot, drop me a mail or PM. :)

Playlist to include all the usual classic bands (and the bands/tunes that inspired them), but probably tracks that you wont often hear played in clubs, along with a smattering of more obscure, esoteric selections made at the DJs discretion.

And if you want anything special playing, bring it along. ;)

Anyone who wants to come along let me know if you can, so I can judge numbers (it's a nice intimate venue limited to 90 people).

Flyers and tickets will be available soon, and Heartland members get priority with the tickets, but the event will be open to the general public and flyers will be dropped in all the usual places around Leeds and surrounding areas.
