WinMX

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I use kazaa and this new thingy I stumbled upon called StationRipper. It's a very kewl proggie that rips an Internet audio stream right down into MP3, with the correct ID3 tag and all.
Tune in to yer fave Goth Channel and rip aweeej!!!

I use WinMx and found it quite useful, does'nt dump any spyware on your computer as far as know. Soulseek however is better for more unknown stuff in my experience.

Make sure you get the correct Soulseek link

www.slsknet.org

There is a bogus Soulseek site at www.slsk.org.
