Soulseek

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I downloaded this after everyone's recommendations but when the songs have finished downloading they play which is fine, but when I go into "My music" and click on what I want to hear and choose that i want to play it through Windows Media Player it says that it doesn't support the file type or something  and won't do it. Is there another way??? I think I am probably just being crap and useless. These things take a bit of explaining to me I'm afraid

I never had any problems, it is possible you have to download a plugin to play the files, but I doubt it.

it's probably a different format, not MP3, try playing them in winamp and see if you have more luck.

Otherwise download 'em from another source. You are, after all, just pulling files off someone else's PC.
