Huey Lewis And The News :notworthy:

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I was just wondering, as you do  If I was the only Huey Lewis And The News fan on this wonderful forum.:notworthy:

Now I feel I should paint the scene - I was a huge fan of Huey prior to September 1987 - yes that 87 kiddies

Then "This Corrision" *cough* 'happened' to me and the rest is history.

I am listening to a "best of" right now and its F***ing Great - I now remember what is was to be 15 and wanting to do "anything/everything"

On the other hand - Andy "Bloody" Eldritch as much to answer for ;-)

If he saved you from Huey Lewis then his time on Earth has not been wasted.

Very near the top of my 'come the revolution first against the wall' list that lot.

It wasn't meant to be funny. Joan Jett and The Blackheads. That would have been funny. Or even Toni Basil.

Does it help if I tell you I once owned Boney-M's greatest hits? And The Darts'. I have no shame.
