Bands Reunited

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

birmingham 92 (matt you were there as far as i know) and the lorelay gig (i were there) are juts mindblowing

also some of the 97-03 shows are really great

I think the problem is that Von has always appeared to regard the rest of the band as "just his touring lackeys", right back from "in the day". This would appear to antagonize people who quite legitimately regard themselves as songwriting partners or band co-founders. I wonder why? :innocent:

Yeah love the Brichenno, James Bruhn line up been dissapointed with most shows since 93.

6/9/00 was an exception though and I only saw the last 5-6 songs!

So I wonder if they ever thingh of reuniting the original sisters (as in AE, BG, GM, CA) lineup?

Be well good if they did

Matt
The Berlin episode was great! The FGTH episode pissed me off because of Holly Johnson not wanting to do it at the last minute.

If you get a chance, check out the Flock Of Seagulls episode. It was surprisingly really good.
