The Sexual Orientation Regulations

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Anal sex per se is not the problem, i'm sure health risks are minimal if one doesn't practice it every day and twice on sunday, "gay lifestyle" and culture and its promotion are the problem. As it is, it's subversive and degenerative and those who have created the culture and promoted it know it full well. It is only people who have bought in to their propaganda lock stock and barrel that don't realize it because their lives have been emptied of all purpose and meaning (sorry if that sounds harsh).
Now see here!

Firstly, what is wrong with headonism?! Its hardly a destructive lifestyle (exept one might argue in terms of drug use) and causes no harm. Its only a wee bit of a problem if someone becomes so wrapped up in the pursuit of pleasure that they exclude the rest of the world, and even then its not immoral to be a useless memeber of socity (so long as you don't steal from tax money), its just irrisponsible.
You must remember that this is a forum inhabited by Goths, which, according to the English dictionary, the Bible and comman knowlege is another word of hedonist. 8)

Secondly, Anal sex, practiced with responisbilty and care is no more dangerous or damaging than 'normal' vaginal sex. In fact, I could go as far as to say it is safer! Unprotected vaginal sex leads to risk of STIs and pregancy, unprotected Anal sex just risks the disease. Its not anal sex or gay lifestyle that is the problem, its a lack of education.

Lets face it, buggery and homosexuality are taboo subjects when educating a young person on sex, and its often not mentioned at all. This leads people to make a subconcious connection between the risk of pregancy and the use of condoms, thus they neglect that vigour when slipping there girly (or boyfriend) one up the bottom. If you have educated yourself on the risks, you'll know that you need a condom both ways, and therefore neither is anymore danger than the other.

I'm sorry itnAklipse you are showing your ignorance here, bigtime.

Signed,

the Hedonists union

I was chatting to one of my best mates, Chris, today. He happens to be a man of the man-bumming varity. I was wondering what happens if he adopts and he has to give his adopted child 'the sex chat'.

Does he have to explain where babies come from, where his kid came from AND what daddy and daddy do in bed together?

Poor kid, thats a lot to take in one go. (no pun intended, for any of you sick fcuks)

Sex is always a little disturbing at first not matter what, so I don't think there's a hell of a difference when your parents are gay.
Boys will always wonder why their willy feels weird. ;D

Not really, if you discover it for yourself. I think the reason it's a little disturbing at first is because you have grownups who clearly feel awkward and don't want to talk about it teaching you - don't underestimate how good kids are on catching vibes - so emotionally, you're going to get a confused notion about it.

And who voted for laws FOR descrimination, I think they should come forward and at least explain. We have already established that everyone has the right to an opinion at least...
I think that unlikely whilst the most damaging insult that can be hurled at a schoolboy by his peers in their eyes is poof, queer, bender, etc. Children are bullied enough for the most trivial reasons, I hate to think what a child of gay parents would go through in your average comprehensive. No matter how loving your parents, how will they protect you from that, and how well-rounded will your upbringing be enduring it? Not the gay couples fault, but it'll have to be taken into consideration.

I voted that the laws shouldn't be changed. As far as I'm concerned, no one's obliged to buy or sell goods or services from or to anyone they don't want to. I also see no reason why I, or anyone should have the government lecture on morality(especially the current British government). What I consider acceptable, or don't is my affair, and likewise the same has to apply to others when it goes against me.

Life at school can also be hard for a young Jew or Muslim, Pakistani people in the UK, Turkish people in Germany or Algerian people in France. But no one would say that these people shouldn't have children just because they're much more likely to be discriminated, bullied, etc.
I do know there's a difference between adoption and giving birth to children, but if we accept that there's a risk with minorities (in the sense that children can be given a harder-than-usual time at school), why can't we accept it for gay couples ?
Having handicapped parents isn't always a piece of cake either, but then again what is ?
So yes, should be taken into consideration, but no more.

And on a libertarian front, I'd agree, except for the fact that a similar argument could apply to the signs boarding houses used to put in their windows back in the 50s that said "No blacks or Irish"...
