Just give him time.

Soooooo...
Erm. Uhhhh...
Right. Any of you lowlander Heartlanders have abodes that aren't full of furry felines?
Just hypothetically, an' all, of course...
ETA: it's not that I don't adore furry felines, it's that I'm horribly allergic!
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

The festival site is almost 500 km from my hometown... Train to Brussels takes a whooping 5 fcuking hours...
I'll think I'll pass.
Not going to the Battle of metal festival either. I don't like the line up and there's no day ticket.

I'll be going. And as far as furry animals are concerned, there's none around to be allergic to. Hypothetically, of course...

Yup. It's a lovely city and I'd love to welcome any of you HLers here, but it's clearly not the best when it comes to train connections.

Hi
I've seen bunnymen and an other time front 242 in zottegem festival.
The 2 times the festival was sold out (i think for iggy pop and james brown) so don't wait too long to buy tickets. There's lots of people who live in zottegem who are going to the festival (as in lokeren)
Bands are playing under a big tent very near from audience.
I'm very happy to see sisters there. I remenber their concert in an other small belgian festival under a tent in ternat near bruxelles, it was really great (and they play sugar baby love !).
Hope to see andrew again in france.

Just ask Andrew for references. You're - literally - welcome...

That's an offer you shouldn't refuse Erika
Raf's house is very nice and with music aplenty - he's a fine host and I felt very at home there. A 'fritkot'(sp) with great food just down the road as well as an otherwise good off-licence that doesn't stock cider
My partner will now be coming to Zottegem too. We quite fancy chilling out in Brussels (or another location) for the Friday night, and just doing the Saturday in Zottegem. This is not definite so we're open to suggestions. Anyone got plans to go for both nights, or else fancy meeting up on the Friday elsewhere? Once we've decided our plans, then I'll start worrying about accommodation!

Would be guid seeing you again in these parts after the Mac HL meet in May, Andrew! And to meet your partner as well! We could always arrange for some meeting on Friday. As you know Leuven is very near to Brussels. And I still owe you at least one bottle of real cider...

We'll see, but it's a long shot. And if there's a more convenient solution, then I won't hesitate.
