Dear _emma_ ~ sorry to read about your change in life & *hugs from me*....
and will also be going there & back with public transport. Just add to that list of what to take, a MP3 player or a such like thingy & a book. Still all fits in the handbag!

And there's always a place were you can leave your belongings. Plus: learn to travel light. You actually just need underware to change, a comb, a toothbrush, make-up, money and documents, and ciggies if you smoke. That can be carried in a ordinary handbag.
