On ebay you probably catch more... Remember low dollar position probably that's the reason...

Yes, it's The Damage Done (original), it was signed at their gig at Electric Garden in Stockholm, October -83. My very much older brother used to be a Sisters collector, at the same gig he also got the Alice 12" (Braineater label) signed by the whole line-up (Marx, Adams & Eldritch) 15 years ago I traded his whole collection (~150 records) for my Roland Juno 106 and Korg MS-10. At that time the two synthesizers was worth ~300£
Great story and great collection... no pictures for online so that we can enjoy too?
Someday I will scan it and put it up here.. just bought an old house and as soon as I'll get my broadband connection I'll share the scans.. Congratulations to you Heartlanders who bought yourself a copy of this treasure :D

i´ve always heard 1000 copies from the original one, and 500 from the boot one

is it true?

227£ or 324€ for the bootleg... 327£ I paid for the genuine seems not "so expensive" for those who can follow...

it seems that the item has been cancelled by ebay:

i´ve received this emai:

We're writing to let you know that eBay has ended the following item you were bidding on due to factors beyond the seller's control:

Item Number - 160175067272
Item Title - SISTERS OF MERCY "THE DAMAGE DONE" 7" MR7

As eBay removed the item, you are no longer obliged to send payment for it. However, the seller is free to list the item again so you may like to watch for future listings from them.

Thank you for your understanding. We wish you all the best buying and selling on eBay.

I HOPE THAT THE WINNER HASN´T PAID IT YET :innocent: :innocent:

I once bought the DD Japanese fake for £80 thinking it was the original. When i realised, I took it back and got my money back on it, then found the original for about £60 a month or so later; its not mint, but its damn fine none the less. Oh, and then got a mint copy of the bootleg for about £25 a little while after that! :D
