For the subway, on friday it is the same hours as saturday ! From monday til thursday it operates til 1 am.
And indeed it's true every first sunday the entrance is free on the national museums

As I had many contributions for the french contest I will close it this sunday (in case someone from a foreign country wins a ticket and can organize his trip to Paris) !
