I thought perhaps it had been cropped as it doesn't look like he's sticking his fingers up at the policeman rather somebody out of view to the left.I viewed it large before I posted just to confirm to myself it hadn't been staged, there's a lot of jpeg artifacts but that's about it, willing to accept I'm wrong, I'm at that funny stage where my eyesight is really starting to p*ss me off!
